Axis Metrology is your one stop shop for all of your CMM related needs. To ensure that we are able to meet the needs of all of our customers, we offer two different tiers of support for CMM calibration that utilize different techniques to certify your CMM accuracy.
The Axis Metrology Technician will use a precision Step Gage or Ballbar to calibrate, adjust, and certify your CMM accuracy.
The Axis Metrology Technician uses a Laser Interferometer to perform linear accuracy, straightness and angularity checks, and adjusts the CMM error map accordingly, prior to executing our Standard Calibration Service procedures.
